Comments: Kerry Adams Dr. West's PA was so amazing with my 15 year old daughter she walked her through everything that was going to happen at the appointment and the exam. She listened to every word from my daughter and myself. We felt heard and understood. We came to see Dr West for a second opinion as our experience with another orthopedic was less than favorable. Dr West will be my daughter's doctor going forward. She won the confidence of my daughter (and us). She recommended a course of action for Grace and help us with the contact information needed and did exactly what she said she would do and called ahead to the PT/conditioning coach. I cannot say enough about our experience and our confidence in this practice. Thanks so much for your comment to excellence.
